As I was biting onto my food, I noticed something off. I get it off my mouth and found a piece of plastic inside. I called and spoke to the manager. After explaining- she said “I don’t know how that can happen (in a defensive manner), well I wouldn’t know either I responded. It could of been a piece of plastic that fell-I’m sorry but u can come back and we can change it at no cost, she responded” I explained to her that the reason why I called was for the principal which is to address it to her staff and assure they are more careful. For I don’t know if it’s a piece of plastic that fell as she said or a piece of a used glove, thanked her for an offering to change it at no cost but that I had lost my appetite after that. She apologized again and discontinued the call Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
