The staff was friendly and the food I ordered was ok. However, I think the fryer needs a good cleaning and fresh oil. Our cardboard food holders contained way too many fried breading crumbs, and the fish and chicken items tasted very greasy. The soda dispenser had a serious issue and was heavily leaking water all over the stainless steel side table and the floor, which the staff sensibly placed yellow, floor caution markers. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

The food was good. However, the service we received was awful! We traveling all the way from Huntsville for my niece birthday to eat here, but wasn't allowed to dine in because the cashier said he had to go help in the back. Meanwhile, I'm watching 2 cooks stand around doing nothing. The black old male was playing on his phone and even got mad because my sister placed an add on for 1pc of fish. The old Hispanic man was just standing looking. The store wasn't busy at all. They locked the doors and we watched many customers attempt to get in and drive away as we waited for our food. The place wasn't so busy that they couldn't afford us the use of the lobby, especially when you have a good 2-3 hrs. before closing. We will never visit this location again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I think the employees are actively trying to get this location shutdown. When we arrived, there were only 2 cars in front of us. We pulled up to the drive thru and the cashier said to hold on one second. 20 minutes later our order is finally taken. We pull up and it looks like the 2 cars who were in front of I still hadn’t received their food. We sat and waited another 15 minutes to even get to the window, but the two cars in front of us were still waiting. So after almost 45 minutes at a supposed fast food restaurant we decided to finally leave. Do not recommend Service: 1
