Today I went in and purchase a meal. When I walked over to the soda machine a great big disgusting roach was walking on by like it was ready to go to the counter and order food. I got so disgusted I was embarrassed to ask for my money back and give them back their food. Instead I went back to work and threw away the food and just ate my crackers and peanut butter jelly. I am making this review because they lost me as a customer and I will not be back again. PEST CONTROL NEEDS TO BE CALLED, as one lady stated inside the restaurant. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Visited this KFC location recently and was really disappointed. Ordered a chicken sandwich and the taste was just not there — bland, underwhelming, and not worth the price. The fries came out lukewarm at best, nowhere near hot or fresh. What made it even more frustrating is that the place was practically empty — I was the only customer there, so there's really no excuse for the food not being fresh or the service being slow and inattentive. With that little foot traffic, the staff could have easily put more effort into both the food quality and the customer experience. Overall a pretty disappointing visit. I won't be coming back to this location. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I recently visited your location at 6pm and was met with a strong odor of cannabis. The staff seemed lethargic, likely due to being under the influence. They refused to accept my payment, citing a shift change, which seems like an implausible reason given your operating hours. Perhaps it's time to reassess your staffing policies and ensure employees are working diligently and providing better customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
