I love coming to this place, this is the best kfc in the Newcastle area. The staff on today were extremely helpful especially josie on the drive through. My chips were perfectly salted and the chicken was fresh and tasty, the seasoning was amazing and the flavours melted in my mouth. I would highly recommend coming here :). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–40

I took the Grandchildren to KFC Kotara on Monday 6th July and ordered a Giant Feast to eat in the Store. As a former Store Manager at this Store from 1977 to 1980 - (I even met Harland D. Sanders when he came to Sydney in 1977). I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the Store. When we walked in the Hostess (that was the terminology back in my day) was standing at the front counter doing nothing. We were the only ones in the Store and the Tables were filthy, the floor was littered with chips and rubbish. The bins in the foyer were full and I noticed the bin behind the counter was overflowing as well. To sit at a table my wife asked for a cloth to clean the table for us to sit. It was provided and my wife wiped the table. In my day our staff were trained to be constantly on the move to ensure cleanliness in all areas. Has standards dropped that employees are not trained to ensure a clean safe environment for all customers. Thank You. Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–20
