Please explain why this is the bathroom setup?? I had to use the restroom so badly and I had to buy something to go which was fine but why was it almost $4 for a medium fountain drink. That's uncalled for pricing and even more unnecessary bathroom arrangements Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Online order was supposed to be ready 12:40, didn't receive until 1:10. Guy took 5 minutes to get my 3 drinks (this was after my food was finally given to me)and didn't know which were pepsi zero so he replaced two of them. Got home and all of the drinks were wrong. They appeared to be under staff with no management and they had run out chicken. During my 20 minute wait at least 3 different customers came in to order at counter and left after no one came to counter to take their order. The food was correct but was 30 minutes late. Will not come back to this store. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

the older woman taking my order was probably the most miserable, rude and awful person i’ve literally EVER encountered at a drive through, let alone maybe my life mind you no one is in the drive through line nor in the store. i ask for mac and cheese instead of chicken in my bowl, she proceeds to sit there without talking for a minute and starts audibly showing frustration and starts mumbling under her breath. i ask if that was okay and she sits there again and sighs in the mic and yells “ five dollars” i proceed to get up to the window. she SLAMS it open and didn’t say a word, then made it a deal to SLAM the window back closed. she opens the window again and has the bag fisted in her hand and aggressively hands it over, i tell her to have a good night and in the middle of saying that she makes it a deal to slam the window shut again without saying a word to me the entire interaction. all these reviews about these awful employees and nothing being done is crazy to me. if you’re that lady reading this, figure your emotions out. that was absolutely ridiculous and you’re behavior is foolish. it’s kfc lady, lord have mercy.
