Food was good as expected. However, we had a very concerning experience with the bathroom. My husband used the restroom and when he leaned slightly forward, the entire toilet shifted and leaned with him, causing him to hurt himself. It appeared unstable, possibly rusted underneath, and not properly bolted down. When we informed the staff, the response was simply, “Oh okay, we’ll let management know.” No one seemed concerned until my husband specifically asked them to come look at it themselves to show how unsafe it was. We also asked about filing an incident report or getting a corporate contact number, and the staff had no idea how to handle either request. We emailed KFC corporate on May 17th and have still received no response. This situation could seriously injure someone else if it hasn’t already been fixed. let's just say the employees they do not like their job. One customer got their food and asked for salt three times and was completely ignored. I'm standing at the Front counter while the girl walks past me three times, I shout out. I have that personal order right there that I can't reach. She walked past me and ignored me again, helping another customer and then Handed me my order. I asked for ranch she literally threw it in the bag. I said have a good day and she walked away pissed off. I understand working sucks But if you can't have customer service, don't work in the customer service industry. Absolutely baffled by the way myself and other customers were treated tonight

Restaurant was very cold inside. People were friendly and nice. Tried Twister wrap. Did not care for the sauce. Would prefer ranch or mayo. Fries were crispy and would have been great if they hadn't been fried in the same oil as the cod sandwich. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
