Tried the chicken sandwich and got a surprise side of what appears to be a chunk of eyelashes (you can see in my photo on the wrapper). I’m all for extra toppings, but cosmetic fibers from a workers eye lid wasn’t on my list. Completely killed my appetite. Cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority here. I came for fried chicken, not a beauty supply sampler. This place is filthy. My wife and I will not be back. Do better. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Went here for dinner to go last night 3/16. Ordered original chicken and when I got home it was over cooked and looked more like crispy chicken. It was also looking black in the backside like it was cooked in old oil and smelled like it. Chicken was a little dry and I had to pitch the rest cuz reheating it would have been worse. The biscuit was crunchy and crumbled and was not soft. Not happy this time. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We have no open KFC's in our area (Central Illinois), so knowing our trip would take us pst one in Lowell, we made a special stop. Because my regular chicken was fresh out of the fryer, and my husband's was the end of a batch, they actually took the extra step of frying him fresh chicken as well. It was wonderful to be greeted by happy, smiling faces during our long trip! Thanks so much! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
