The lady working at the drive thru today, Sunday 4/26/2026 at around 12:30pm needs to brush up on her people skills. She is rude and lackluster. Before interacting with me, she seemed already annoyed and like she didn’t want to be there. I had my phone ready to pay in ApplePay, but she went in to give me my drink before me providing payment. So I put my phone to the side to grab my drink. After that, she then asked in a rude way, how are you going to pay. Which I then responded with ApplePay. After providing payment, she went to give me my order and in the midst of her giving me my order, I asked for sauces. I asked her this before she gave me my bag so she can toss the sauces in the bag. But instead, she just gave me the bag, then went to get the sauces and hand them to me. While reaching out for the sauces, two ketchup bags fell on the street floor. I asked if she could give me other sauces. She had the audacity to say that I dropped 2 ketchups and told me to pick them up, mind you they were on the street floor. I refused and cussed her out. Because it’s unsanitary, period. Her coworker, maybe manager, then chimes in trying to diffuse the situation. & by diffusing the situation, she just closed the drive thru window. When I go to KFC I’m not expecting 5-star quality service, but I at least expect the staff to be personable. This was such a negative experience. & I would highly suggest replacing the workers.
