This is probably the worst KFC to go to. Firstly they got my drink order wrong I asked for an iced coffee and they gave me an oats ice coffee, could you imagine if I was allergic? Then the food was very overcooked and dry , burgers had absolutely no sauce on it. Then the servers were rude and acted like I was bothering them cause they forgot 1 of the drinks and it’s such an inconvenience cause THEY forgot to give me my 3rd drink. Highly do not recommend it eating here. Was a waste of money Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Noor was such a star bless her, she was on till working so hard, she helped me put my order through as it was a discounted snack box voucher, after getting the order I realised my popcorn chicken was missing, she also helped me with that, such a lovely hard worker, kfc is blessed. The food here is also fresh and hot too. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I would like to take this opportunity and express my experience at KFC Arndale on Saturday. It was my first time taking my family to the food court and we decided to eat KFC. First I was standing in the middle queue but when I saw the last queue was moving quickly I joined last queue. One of the girl was taking orders and another was packing for her. As it was my first time I asked for the help and a girl who was taking explained me all of the offers and helped me buy good amount of food in a decent price. Both of them were so friendly and nice. They even made us laugh and the service was really quick. Everything was freshed and the food was warm as well. In 3 minutes time we had our food in our hands. I must say they both are the best assets to this food company. They had such a good manners, they gave us everything we needed for our meal such as cups, ketchup, mayonnaise, plates and guide us where we can find rest of the condiments. It was such a a good experience and I must say I am planning to come back again just because of the service.
