I had to place a large order of chicken to go on 4/18/2026. I live in Pharr but the Kentucky Fried Chicken off of old business 83 is horrible service, over cooked food and the staff has attitude. I love KFC and always go to KFC at 707 West Nolana because of excellent service and great chicken!!! It is worth the drive. That day I needed to get 4 large buckets of chicken for my friends family. My friends mother- in- law was in the hospital and i wanted to help out. Isela (manager), Mark and Felex were sooooo kind, helpful and amazing!!! Awesome smiles and knew what good customer service was. Whoever hired them needs to give them a raise. Good help is hard to find today no matter where you work. Awesome Staff P.Herweck Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I visit the 3 major chicken places in the valley. Church's, Popeyes and KFC. I have always recieved the freshes, best chicken and have always been very pleased. Today, I stopped by the Nolana KFC location. I was severely disappointed. The chicken was very old tasting. I wanted to drive back and show them the chicken that they had given me, but it was 20 minutes to get there, so I kept it. I ordered the 12 piece meal and they didn't even asked me of I wanted crispy or original. The lady said she was splitting it in half since they were running out of one of them. I also recieved the mash potatoes and gravy, mac and cheese and biscuits. All were very good. Sad to d say, Iv will not be returning to this location.
