Placed an online pickup order at 6:49pm. Arrived at 7:40pm to pickup food and was told there was only white meat available. The cashiers looked at eachother as if they need to make up an excuse to not do their job. Mind you about 5 other customers were inside making a complaint about their pickup orders. Horrible!! I am still sitting in the parking lot writing this review, it’s 7:55pm and they even locked the doors before the actual closing time!!! Ridiculous. Price per person: $40–50

To give 5 stars is an understatement, the staff is truly so kind and most are bilingual which is extremely helpful for all customers. The food is absolutely delicious and always cooked to perfection. Each time that I’ve went I have felt like I’m at home! Truly amazing food, atmosphere, and service Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered online from work... 13 min drive to store, then waited in drive thru for 15 minutes to get to window. Order was NOT ready and it was 15 minutes past pick up time and then I am told that there would be yet another 10 minute wait for extra crispy chicken to fill the order. Only other option was to substitute original recipe. Asked them to just cancel the order & told I couldn't cancel. Called the 1-800 cust service line... On the phone 20 min so they could "document the case" then transferred to online help desk for the actual refund process and before the online desk picked up, the call disconnected! Call back & disconnected again. Call back and have to go thru the whole story again, another 10 min wasted, and finally I am told that upper management has to review the case and confirm it with the store management BEFORE they will authorize the $31.76 refund. Totally unacceptable. Over 45 minutes to get NO resolution! Last visit to KFC for sure! No wonder so many KFC stores have shuttered their doors .. the customer service is ridiculously bad!
