Staff very unprofessional, Staff over stuffs the bags instead of packaging the orders properly, also closes lobby early when sign clearly states 10:30 pm. I don't think they care half the time or understand Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My mom and dad love it here went out on a limb tonight and got 2 (we expected slices, not whole bundt cakes) of the chocolate chip cakes, and 1 apple pie bites. The cakes were a little tough to cut with a plastic knife, and looked a little off. I figured it was because they were out of the fridge and chocolate. I gave my Dad a slice and cut myself a little slice. The taste was a little off so I started looking for the expiration date... 12/17/25.... 2025.... The manager tried to say it was the made date. I told him even if it was the made date, we don't want cake that is 3 months old Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Go here & got 2 adult meals & a kids meal & they never gave me my dons drink box, spoons/forks to eat my kfc bowls with, no sauces & the food was not of good quality. I will never be back to this place again ever & I really wish that I could give zero stars cuz thats what they would get. I even called the store like 5 times & nobody answers & it doesn't even give me an option to leave a msg. Whoever owns this place should be doing a better job making sure that the restaurant is run better then this. Couldn't even get ahold of anyone at the store & when I went back to say something they asked for a receipt in which I never got any to show what I purchased but I said that is the guy that handed me my food thru the drive thru window & the guy just looked at me & didn't know what to say.....just looked at me like a deer in the headlights look smh Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
