This is the absolute worst KFC. They're never busy yet All the food they serve is well past its hold time and nasty. The restaurant is always a mess and most of their employees are rude. Dont waste your time or money. Food: 1 Service: 1

Mashed potatoes & gravy & changed significantly! Don't buy them! The coleslaw is still very good. We didn't get the extra crispy that we ordered. The biscuits were old. We called when we got home. Tasha, the manager, was willing to replace what we didn't eat. The Apple Ave store in Muskegon is out of our way & not worth the gas for the return. We will stick with Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken!
