This is the worst KFC I have ever been to, Each time I go , I have to wait there for more than 30 minutes to get our food, inefficient workers, yucky food, The chicken was either burnt to a crisp or undercooked to the point of being unsafe. What’s worse, this isn’t a one-off—this has become a pattern with KFC lately. Save your money and go elsewhere. Never recommend this KFC Narrabri. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner

I was there for lunch made my order received it it was wrong I took it back he said that’s what you ordered I said no he said yes it was had spicy chicken in it that I don’t eat he was very rude and would not change it I work in retail in our business the customer is always right certainly won’t be back

The last 2 times after using the drive through we had wrong orders and we live 15klm out of town we didn't return it.The chicken was dry and tasted like it was cooked in old oil,disgusting and the size of the pieces look like they're off a pigeon.The staff at the order point mumble and we have to repeat ourselves and seemed like we had just woken them up from a nap.As much as we used to enjoy our fortnightly KFC this was our last visit to the Narrabri store.Very disappointing as we have lots of travellers coming through town all the time and if any of them ask us what's the KFC like here we will be telling them the truth.We live in Narrabri and have had KFC from different towns with no problems but this one is the worst.
