Just stopped at KFC on Wilmington Ave. In New Castle PA to get the $10 bucket of nuggets for dinner to take home. Open the bag and there's a small box with a bunch of tiny little pieces of chicken in it. No bucket, no nuggets! Completely false advertising! The employees have no integrity and handed out this order knowing it looked terrible. It's like they were too lazy to make fresh chicken so they gave us the scraps. This will definitely be the last time we go to this KFC. Every visit is always horrible, the food is under par and the employees seem to have no pride in their work. Pictures showing what the bucket looks like on the app and on TV as opposed to what we received. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

On a Tuesday, about 11:15 am, wife got a three piece chicken strip combo, I got a burrito and a taco. And this is the review. The wife says it was the best fried chicken she ever had. We ate inside, so that helped. She said the chicken was hot, tasted great, was perfectly cooked. My Taco Bell stuff was good too. I was just amazed the wife liked the chicken strips so well. She tried the dip, but said the chicken by itself, was better than with those dips. So, on top of the food being cooked to order, and the place being spotless, and the cashier being great, this KFC, easily the best one I've ever been to. I've made than a few trips here, just think I need to give some kudos. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
