Never buy food from this place. I’ve bought the $10 deal with 4 drums and 4 thighs from many KFC locations before, but this is the first time I’ve received food like this I honestly don’t even know what I’m eating. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The customer service was terrible; they closed the window in my face. When you order online, you expect to be able to pick it up, not be denied service when the store is still open or be given something else. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Terrible service, they treat people very badly Dear kfc I am writing to formally report a serious incident that occurred at one of your KFC locations. During my visit, I observed extremely unprofessional behavior from staff members. There was an excessive delay in serving customers, and employees appeared to be laughing and not taking their responsibilities seriously. While waiting, a person who was with me made a comment about the situation. In response, one of your employees threw ketchup at him in a disrespectful and inappropriate manner. The situation quickly escalated when I began recording the incident. The employee became aggressive, argued with me, and then attempted to use a taser against me. I felt threatened for my safety. The employee then forcibly removed me from the store after I called the police. This behavior is completely unacceptable and creates a dangerous environment for customers. I request that this incident be investigated immediately and that appropriate action be taken to ensure the safety and professionalism of your staff.
