Very disappointing experience. My order had been sitting ready for about 15 minutes, but the staff kept telling me it wasn’t ready. By the time I received it, the fries were cold and soft instead of fresh and crispy. The restaurant was also not clean, which made the experience even worse. I hope they improve both their customer service and cleanliness. Price per person: $10–20

Just to get straight to the point- night shift has to do better. Haven't visited in the day to say otherwise but I definitely know the bs happens at night. As soon as you pull up to the box to order there's someone ready to tell you about how the system is down and they can't take any orders. Your manager must be so proud to know that while they're at home trying to rest from working hard to keep the store running and make sure you got jobs y'all are up there lying and wasting people's time as if you don't need the money generated from every order that you turn away just because you don't feel like taking orders or doing your job. Especially if the order is an upwards of $20 or better. This young mindedness is in the way of business. Precisely why your reviews are so low. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

For the third time ive come up here before kfcs closes at 10 they’ve only had sparse product left for serving all the way up to 45 minutes before close and refuse to make any product to order. Im not sure who runs these crew members but they are extremely unprepared every time I come here at night Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
