If I could give less than a star I would. I waited to have my order taken then I waited 10 minutes to have someone come to the window to take my payment. I had to pulll to the side to wait. Not a big deal until 30 mins later seeing 3 cars that ordered after me all get food and leave. I then went into the building and was told they had to restart the fryer. No communication no sorry. Waited again and still nothing. Went inside to get a refund and another woman began yelling. I left no food no refund. Service: 1

This is not the employee's fault. The management at this location has completely set the staff up to fail. You cannot put 3 employees on the floor and then run out of food- that's a management issue. Compare that with the prices and this is insane. Poor staff members, they were all pleasant and I hope they all find better jobs where they are appreciated. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60

I can't tell you how disrespected I felt after picking up $50 of Kfc, The chicken looked and taste reheated. It's 8:30pm and Austin S. The manager on duty told me they would not be cooking anymore chicken tonight. When they close at 10pm. So if this is your best and you don't close until 10pm. Then you need to close your doors. Who has $50 to buy a family dinner, to face such arrogant disrespect. I am beyond pissed off.! We came for dinner and paid for dinner, But the Blatant disrespect was not warranted. I've had my fill with this location. All I ask for was fresh chicken that was reasonably hot and visibly appetizing. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
