Rude employees, I was told it would be 5 minutes for a item and I had to pull out to the side so I waited around 10 minutes, then I went through the line again, the car Infront of us ended up waiting at the window for a excess of 10-15 minutes, the younger lady working the window possibly under the influence of something, opened it then closed it and started yelling at her coworkers, when we finally picked the order up around 30-40 minutes late it was stone cold, and she didn't say hello or thank you or apologize for the wait and just handed the bag to us giving us a dirty look and mocking us after slamming the window then went back to yelling at her coworkers, very hostile, unprofessional, terrible experience and I will be emailing corporate. This happened around 5pm 5/30/2026 at the painted post NY location, this location needs new management and staff. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great atm9sphere, beautiful building. Was a bank, now a chicken place, somehow it works. The idea of the shape of the building being perfect for this restaurant is genius, because it does work. Service is great, friendly staff and a smile the whole time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food is usually haphazard and poorly made at the Painted Post location. My most recent order had smushed biscuits, corn in both my gravy, and mashed potatoes and gravy sides (I didn't order any corn). I also ordered 2 breast and 1 wing, and received 1 breast, 1 wing, 1 thigh. Now granted, it was a big thigh, but it was still clearly dark meat, when I prefer white meat, and paid extra for it. Food from this location is very inconsistent, there seems to be very minimal staff, and I am frequently disappointed. I had delivery for the first time today otherwise I would've taken the thigh back. My ratings for service and atmosphere are based on 5+ other visits in store as opposed to today's delivery. I desperately miss the quality of this KFC and do think this location lacks quality due to a lack of staff - usually see only 1 or 2 people in the building. Not fair to the employees, so I hope management and/or the franchisee fixes that ASAP! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
