Employee threatened me and my kids Hello, I was at the 1353 E Silverado ranch blvd, Las Vegas location today evening. I was eating with a friend and her 2 kids celebrating a birthday. We were their for a while and while we were ready to go home, one of the employee from the KFC approached to me with a feet away while I was sitting their. His name was Vincent in his late fifties as he looked like. Later I was told that he had a stroke recently and so and so. He came up to me and very threat fully told me to maintain the kids. He asked me whether they are my kids and he very threat fully loudly told me to maintain your kids. He came inside the KFC from his car I believe, that was parked outside, I’m not sure whether he is on medication or not or taking a break as he was inside the car afterwards until we left. Then I went and informed the girl that was by the counter and she called the manager right away. Manager girl came and apologized and went to his car and had a long conversation and when manager came back, she apologized again and shook the hand and said sorry. Also some of the other employees was very sorry for what happened. He could have easily told me or the kids mom respectfully or decently and we would have understood. But this employee Vincent just came like a racist / thug and started raising his voice at me when I was just minding my own business sitting there. I thought that this was a discrimination. Please advise this location managers about this threat full behavior and to watch out for this employee as he is a threat to others and also a bad reputation for your franchise. I was wondering what was going on. Then I learned that he had a stroke recently which me or the friend’s family or innocent minor kids who are just 8-9 years old had nothing to do with. Kids were just being kids. I would have respected and left the place but he then called the security as another employee told me. He took pictures of our personal vehicle and took pictures of the plate number which is a life threat to my friend lady and the minor kids. Please, take this very seriously because, he was standing behind friend’s car while we were still inside and he was trying to call someone on us. Then the other employee said that he was trying to call security on us, when we were just regular customers eating our food at KFC. Then I think his call was cancelled by the manager and other employees. Either get rid of him or he would be a threat to others as well. Almost every other employee and the manager was very apologetic but the way he approached to me was very disturbing. Also, kids got really scared and they are still minor kids and kids saw this employee Vincent approaching towards me. They went through hard time crying. Thanks. Went to KFC on Silverado Ranch & Maryland. It was the best tasting chicken we've had in a very LONG time. They were very busy but worked with extreme calmness. The gentleman taking orders was very polite. Hope it stays that way, this place will be our go to place for a good quick dinner. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
