I placed a mobile order to the KFC on 57th and Baltimore avenue in Philadelphia, PA. The order was supposed to be ready at 6:49, so I drove to the drive thru speaker at that time and the woman told me the order wasn’t ready so I’d have to come in. I asked her if I can just come back in the drive thru and she said yes when the order status says “ready” on the app. I waited a few minutes after receiving the “ready” status, which was literally 30 seconds after I pulled off the first time, went back into the drive thru and she told me there were no mobile orders ready. I told her that the screen says that it’s ready and she told me I’d have to come in. I went in, waited probably 3 minutes to be serviced as everyone in the kitchen and drive thru ignored me, and the order had been sitting there ready the entire time. It’s poor customer service, poor communication, and inefficient. They also have a sign on the window that says that they no longer issue refunds. How is this even allowed? This was a terrible experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don't mean to be to hard on the KFC but every time I go to that location seems like the drive through is down and sometimes you just don't feel like getting out of your car standing in long line to get your order and for me this was one of those times Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian options: I'm not sure about vegetarian options Dietary restrictions: I'm not sure if your on a diet should you go to KFC to eat fried food
