Do not order from this location. My niece placed a order for me at this location. I called the location directly and requested fresh hot food. The Manager that answered stated she pulled the order from Uber Eats,and stated the food would be hot and fresh, and the original chicken just came out. When the food arrived, the food was warm, soggy, full of grease and because it was original, the crust slid right off of the chicken. We will never order from this location ever again! No one want chicken that have been sitting up, under a lamp etc. This is how People Get Sick! Get it together or close down! They ought to be ashamed of their selves! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The drive order is busted, so they have you drive up to the window. Sat there for 10 mins, with the manager walking back and forth indicating with his finger it'd be a moment. Finally got fed up and called someone over, who just stated they were busy and couldn't help The most incompetent set of employees I've ever seen. Don't go here; you'll spend an hour waiting on the most lazy workers I've experienced. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Placed a mobile order and waited 40 minutes as they listed it as ready when it was not. I understood they might be busy or understaffed so I just waited. When I finally got my food I started driving home. I dont eat KFC normally and thought my nuggets might be at the bottom of the bucket, but I was wrong. As I drove I at a fry, it was cold, then i tried a potato wedge, it was cold. I get home and the chicken isnt even warm, and no nuggets. I called and they didnt care, just told me to call corporate. I had to sit on the phone for 30 minutes to get a refund. I wasted over an hour of my life for no reason, what a joke. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
