Rarely do I post reviews for fast food because you get what you pay for. However, with fast food prices now comparable to dine-in restaurants, it’s only fair to hold to the same standards. Combined with our use of Grubhub, it would have been a cheaper and better option to go somewhere else. Not sure 1-star is even worthy but that’s as low as I can rate. Upon delivery, you could see the order was incomplete. We were missing several sides before checking the main dishes. One order (receipt attached to outside) included all the toppings that were clearly labeled as mods for removal on the attached receipt. Another order, had the incorrect pieces added and no sides. Still another order was missing pieces of chicken. None of the requested condiments were provided. To cap it all off, the chicken was GROSS. One piece was undercooked, another looked like it sat in a heat lamp all day, and the remainder was tough, inedible, and honestly disgusting. The Mac & Cheese was so dry, it was crunchy - and no, this was not the topping. The food was so bad that even our dogs refused to eat itlet that sink in. Theyspitoutfreechicken. As a positive, the Pepsi Zero tasted ok? I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone - even someone starving. For the money spent and quality of food, you are best to go somewhere where quality and taste are a focus. The colonel would be sad. DO NOT EAT HERE. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Dietary restrictions: We asked for no lettuce or tomatoes for both texture and allergy reasons. How fortunate we were that this team ignored those requests.

It is FILTHY IN THERE! The floors are still sickening. There are lots of employees but yet, ALL of the tables need wiped off and nobody is doing it! Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I placed an order on kfc.com for delivery and was missing half of my items (4pc tender and fries). 3 days later i ordered through doordash and was missing an entire meal (pot pie). 4 days after that we ordered at the take out window and still, we were missing chicken tenders... again. I spoke with someone after the first two incidents, unfortunately it is still happening. I can't trust them a 4th time. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1
