Yesterday I ordered a burrito. It took 15 minutes and me requesting a refund to get anyone to get my order ready. There were so many people behind the counter that they were all tripping over each other and nobody knew what they were doing. It seemed. Everyone was getting served ahead of me and several of those people had been waiting for a very long time. Apparently they gave my order to someone else but when I asked about it they told me that even though it said it was complete that I just needed to be patient and wait a couple of minutes. I was not impressed and I will not be back Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience demands attention. This Taco Bell / KFC combo location was absolutely unacceptable. The entire store was filthy—trash littered the floor and tables, food debris was everywhere, and no visible effort was being made to clean up. This location poses a serious health risk. As a Retired Boston Department of health Director They should be closed. The conditions were unsanitary and unhealthy. The tables weren’t wiped down, the trash bins were overflowing, and the smell in the dining area was unpleasant. It was enough to make me question whether the kitchen area was being maintained at all. Frankly, this store needs to be inspected by the health department immediately. Until then, I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this location altogether. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
