I came here 30 mins before closing to pickup a DoorDash order. Door is locked and employees are sitting down at the table and not answering the drive thru just to wait 30 mins til close and say they’re not accepting any orders and we have to leave. May 26 night shift fire them Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It is what it is. Service this last time was great, however there is usually crabby people giving mediocre service. The system was down so luckily we had a mobile order we were just picking up. Most of the time they run out of chicken or food items. Which is rediculous when thats ALL you do is sell chicken, but I simply just wouldnt pick this restaurant over others due to its major inconsistencies lack of reliability and mediocre food. Again this last time was good service with a friendly face and the food was average but everything came in our order correctly, but overall ny experiences haven't been great. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered an 8-piece chicken meal with two sides at KFC, and the experience was terrible. They had me pull up and wait, which led me to believe the food would be fresh. When I got home, the chicken was dry, old, and completely unappetizing. I paid $35 for this meal, and it was so bad that even my dog didn’t want to eat the chicken — which goes to show just how horrible it was. The drive-through worker had assured me it was freshly cooked, but that was clearly not the case. I will be contacting corporate because this was unacceptable. Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 3
