I visited this KFC outlet in Ragama at around 9:30 PM. The food quality was the same as other KFC restaurants, and the taste met my expectations. However, I was disappointed with the customer service. The outlet was close to closing time, and I placed an order that included ice cream. The cashier initially accepted my order, but after checking with the kitchen and discussing it with the staff, I was informed that the ice cream was not available. It would have been better if they had confirmed availability before taking my order. Compared to other KFC outlets I have visited, the customer service at the Ragama branch was below standard. I hope the management improves staff communication and customer service to provide a better experience in the future. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Rs 1–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Bad staff. We waited for an hour to get a rice combo. They didnt even informed us that our order is ready. Then we asked them if our order is ready, then they gave us our order after an hour...bcs we asked them. Our food was inside of an heater or something all the damn time !!!

Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Food Quality – KFC Ragama Outlet Dear KFC Sri Lanka Team, I am writing to formally complain about a very disappointing experience I had with the KFC Ragama outlet. I purchased a Regular Chicken Biryani from the Ragama branch for my daughter. She ate one chicken piece from the meal, but when she tried the second piece she refused to eat it. When I checked the piece myself, I noticed that the color was different and the taste was unusual, as if the chicken was old or not fresh. I immediately informed the outlet manager about this issue. However, the response I received was very disappointing. I was told that they had checked the remaining stock and found no issue, and it appeared that they did not believe my concern. Because I was concerned about the food quality, I personally went back to the Ragama outlet, returned the food item, and requested them to check it and get back to me. Unfortunately, no one from the outlet has contacted me or shown any concern regarding this matter. This level of response is highly disappointing from a reputed international brand like KFC. Food quality and customer safety should be treated with the highest priority. I hope KFC Sri Lanka will investigate this incident seriously and take necessary action to prevent such situations in the future. I would appreciate a proper response regarding this matter.
