I live in the neighborhood. I am disabled. I get my 8 pc bucket every Tuesday. I depend on having my bucket of chicken. I estimate that this Panola / I-20 location is the worst KFC store within a fifteen plus miles radius, when it comes to Service. Seem to be always B-S-ing the customers. Not giving receipt for ones purchase, rudely requiring customers to come into store in order to be served etc An upgrade in supervision/management is what is needed.

Visited the restaurant today and did a drive through order the chicken was not crispy as we ordered the young lady in the drive through window had a nasty attitude we asked for packs of honey she told us it was in the bag walked away so we waited in the drive through until a different worker approached she then gave us more honey packs. Chicken was extremely greasy. What a waist ill never eat here again. Had to call cooperate to file a complaint Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’m aware that the DOT is about to start road work in the area and is buying up buildings. They should have bought this building and torn it down too, because this has to be one of the worst KFCs in Metro Atlanta. It isn’t even worth the land it’s sitting on. The workers are always slow, and there is always a wait for chicken—even though they specialize in it. It’s perplexing that this location always has issues; now I’m thinking it’s the ownership and not the workers. Maybe it’s just a sorry owner who runs this location." GM: Tiona Fallin is needs to do better Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
