I work in fast food/customer service, so I understand many situations completely, but not this one. With not one car at drive, I pull up to pick up my mobile order, the person taking orders said hello and told me to wait for a few minutes. Not a big deal but I was surprised I had to wait 6 minutes at the speaker. They asked me what I would like today, and I said I was picking up my mobile order. They finally told me to pull forward, I grab my food and I opened the bag to check if my sauces were inside. They weren’t, and I think it’s pretty common for everyone who has gone here. To me, I believe it’s silly that they don’t check to see if they put the sauces in the bag considering they charge for them and make it a whole thing to charge customers for sauces who forget to put it in their order at the speaker. So I had to go all the way around, and once again, I had to wait at the speaker for a few minutes. They give me the sauces I had already paid for online, but not the right amount. At that point I didn’t want to waste my time and wait longer for something so simple and easy to put in the bag. I went home and was completely disappointed to what I received. I only got half of my mashed potatoes. As a barista, I know what it means to be in fast food and in customer service, so this was just horrible. Food: 2 Service: 1
