Wow. What a disappointment! The front counter girl was so disorganized and rude. Started preparing my order then decided to leave it on the counter while she went and helped two cash paying customers. When she finally started preparing orders again, she didnt initially wash her hands after handling their money. A few moments later she must have remembered. The manager wasn’t any better - rude all as get up. Orders placed after mine were completed PRIOR to mine and when I finally got my order, the nuggets looked more like pork rinds. Dry, overcooked. Yuck. No apology for the long wait. Nothing. Pathetic. What a waste of my time - and money. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I have the same issue with this KFC that I do with every other location. The service is wildly inconsistent, the wait times are amazingly long, and the whole restaurant is just completely unorganized. You're a chicken restaurant but run out of chicken regularly? You're a "quick service" restaurant but don't make new batches of chicken until you run out? Truly an interesting way to run a business. Price per person: $100+ Vegetarian options: Began

As others have stated do not order online. I ordered a simple order an hour before their supposed close time. I walk in and there isn’t a single worker in sight. I stand at the counter for about a minute before some gremlin who looks like they are withdrawing comes around the corner. She asks for my name on the order just to tell me that they have no food at all and I need to go onto the app to get a refund. I know this is New Mexico but this is a whole new meaning of lazy. Reading these other reviews it’s amazing this place is still open. How do you make money with no food?
