The worst absolutely, worker there all of them are the worst. Even the drive through wasn’t open, I had to go inside and when I did: the self order didn’t work. When I tried with them for more than 10 minutes to take my order, then they told me my meal is not available after I paid. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The service is very poor, especially Kenneth the supervisor and Shafik. It is unacceptable that the website shows pickup orders take only 5 minutes and claims “as fast as service,” yet customers are completely ignored when they arrive. It took 25 minutes just for them to take my order, and then another 10 minutes before I could finally receive it. How is it possible when the app clearly says 5 minutes? This is misleading and shows complete disrespect for customers’ time. A very frustrating and unprofessional experience. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SAR 80–100 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
