Went there for lunch on the Fourth of July, went through the drive through and Shay our order taker had an amazing attitude and some of the best customer service I have ever experienced at ANY fast food restaurant. Even with the heat, humidity and it being a holiday, Shay went above and beyond to make this experience amazing. She deserves to be a manger or a serious raise! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely horrible staff. They are dismissive, don’t acknowledge anyone that walks in the lobby, each one looks at you then continues doing what they were doing with attitude, waited for ten minutes to pick up an online order at the counter, after being ignored, went to the drive thru, and then told I had to wait another FIFTEEN minutes. Complete joke Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had at this KFC location on University Ave. If I could rate the service a -5, I would. My husband and I went through the drive-thru and ordered two Twisters, a large fry, and a large Pepsi. Right away we were told they had no tomatoes for a new menu item, which already made no sense. You would think a new item would be fully stocked, especially when there’s literally a grocery store next door. We said fine and continued. After waiting in line while the car ahead of us argued with staff, we finally got to the window, only to be told they were also out of Pepsi. My husband had to settle for a Dr Pepper, which he didn’t even want. Then they added that they were out of lettuce too, meaning the wraps would have been nothing but chicken and mayo. At that point, we decided to just leave and go to the East Ridge location instead. That’s when things really went downhill. When we asked for a refund, a staff member who seemed like a manager came over with a clear attitude and said, “Who let them order this?” in a tone that felt directed at us, like we had done something wrong. Then he asked my husband to hand back the drink, as if we were trying to scam them for a free soda, which is honestly ridiculous given we didn’t even want that drink in the first place. To make things worse, he didn’t even want to give us a proper refund receipt. My husband had to reach over just to take a photo of it for proof. I’ve never heard of a business refusing to provide a receipt for a refund. On top of everything, when we checked the receipt, they charged each item individually instead of as meals, which increased the total by almost $4. Not sure if that’s intentional or just another example of poor management. Between the lack of basic ingredients, long wait, disorganized service, and completely unnecessary attitude, this was an awful experience. We will not be coming back to this location.
