5/23/2026 Rating: 1/5 Stars My recent visit was, frankly, one of the most disorganized and unprofessional dining experiences I have ever had. If you are looking for efficiency, service, or even a basic level of restaurant decorum, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. The Experience Drive-Thru Failure: My initial attempt was to use the drive-thru. Despite pulling up to the speaker, the area was completely abandoned. I waited for about ten full minutes without a single greeting or acknowledgment, leaving me no choice but to park and head inside. Chaos at the Counter: Upon entering, the atmosphere was chaotic. The front-of-house area felt less like a restaurant and more like a public market. The manager on duty was completely preoccupied with her young child, who was throwing a severe tantrum. While I understand that personal emergencies happen, the lack of professional oversight was glaring. Service Neglect: To make matters worse, after finally managing to place an order, I observed my food sitting on the counter for over five minutes. It wasn't until the manager finally finished pacifying her child that she noticed the order had been ready and waiting the entire time. Final Thoughts A restaurant should be a place where customers can expect a standard of service that allows them to enjoy a meal. Between the non-existent drive-thru service and the unprofessional management of the front counter, KFC Roxas-Isabela failed on every front. The lack of staff support for the manager left the business in complete disarray, and unfortunately, the customer is the one who paid the price. I cannot recommend this establishment until they address their staffing issues and professional protocols. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₱500–1,000
