Since my only interaction with staff today was with the manager of the store, I figured I'd review what I saw in his managerial skills. First of all, there's the fact that he was ready to step in and do the jobs his employees regularly do, which is unfortunately not a typical trait of managers. And he did it very well. He was able to get my order taken care of very quickly without making me feel rushed, which I appreciated. Secondly, I overheard his conversations with some employees and he sounded very patient and understanding with their mistakes. Not to the point of compromising costumer experience, of course. He made his employees feel like he valued their contributions and believed in their abilities to improve. It was honestly quite refreshing to hear. The only reason I knocked off a star on atmosphere is cause it's a fast food place. It's not exactly made to have excellent atmosphere. but my overall experience at this location was very pleasant. I enjoyed my meal, and as a former fast food employee, the manager's attitude was a contributor to that positive experience. food was decent, i don’t like to complain about restaurants often but this team really needs to work on their customer service skills. i’ve been in food service for a while so i get it but ignoring several customers and being overall rude while keeping your airpods in the whole time? after checking recent reviews here too it’s safe to say i won’t be coming back to this location

Ordered a bacon twist. In conclusion, KFC shouldn’t consider themselves a fast food restaurant if it’s going to take them 17 minutes of me waiting in a stall to cook a bacon chicken wrap. Not to mention the bacon that came out was precooked anyways, the chicken was so dry it was hard, the green inside was not lettuce as advertised, but cole slaw. Very disappointing to see this establishment go downhill as they don’t care about the satisfaction of their customers or quality of their meals as they once did.
