I just went after much insistence from my son, and we couldn't eat the food. When we paid, the person in charge had black fingernails covered in grime; it was horrible to see for a place that sells food Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Worst service ever. Made an online order at 3:30 for a 4:15 pickup. Arrived at store at 4:00 and waited in my car until my pickup time. Walked into store and waited 5 minutes for someone to assist me. Told me they were extremely busy before I arrived and said it would be 16 minutes for my food to be cooked. Waited the 16 minutes and the app said my order was ready. Went back to the counter and the assistant manager stated it would be another 16 minutes because they just started to cook the chicken. I showed him my app and that it showed my order was ready and he said the app doesnt matter and I would have to wait. Asked to speak to the manager and he said it was him. I said you are the assistant manager and I want to talk to the manager. The manager finally came over and gave me the same excuses as everyone else and that it would be another 16 minutes. I asked for a refund and he said I had to call the 1-800 number to request it (thats a whole other complaint). They did nothing in store to help and all looked confused as to why I was aggrevated. Ordered from the store on Pat Booker as soon as I left and it was ready as soon as I got there. This Schertz location is horrible and will never go again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

DID A DOORDASH ORDER JUST NOW BUY ONE GET ONE, CALLED KFC SPOKE TO SIDNEY AND ALL SHE COULD SAY WAS "SORRY" GO BACK TO DOORDASH - DIDN'T KFC PACK THE ORDER? SO KFC SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE RESPONSIBLITY OF THE ORDER BEING INCORRECT. I DO NOT EXCEPT THE DRIVER TO LOOK IN THE BAG AND BOX TO ASSURE KFC PUT THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF CHICKEN IN EACH BOX. PLUS ONLY ONE DRINK WAS GIVEN TO THE DRIVER. THE DRIVER SAID "THAT ALL THE KFC EMPLOYEE GAVE HER". COME ON PEOPLE WE WORK IN HEALTH CARE AND CANNOT LEAVE OUR JOBS TO GET FOOD - WE DEPEND ON COMPETENT PEOPLE TO PACK OUR FOOD.
