Ordered a 3-piece chicken meal but was served only 2.5 pieces. When we highlighted this to the manager, we were told there were no more chicken parts available except for “half a wing” — at only 7.30pm during peak dinner hours. What is most troubling is not just the incomplete order, but the attitude and standards behind it. Serving customers less than what they paid for and normalising it as acceptable reflects a serious issue with management oversight, accountability, and service ethics at this outlet. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, the situation was handled dismissively, leaving us with no confidence in the integrity of the operation. We ultimately requested a refund and left. Would strongly caution others against dining here until management takes these issues seriously and addresses the culture and service standards of the outlet. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible service - ignored at the counter "I wanted to place an order, but the digital kiosks only accept card payments. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes (as seen in image_2.png) hoping to order with cash, but the staff completely ignored me. There was no one attending the physical register, and they showed zero interest in helping customers who can't use the machines. A total waste of time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Below zero. Even though the food at the restaurant itself is good, the service is beyond terrible and far below what KFC used to stand for. I ordered a bucket through the official KFC app and never received it. After waiting 2 hours, I was told “delivery done” while the driver was on the other side of the city. I tried contacting the delivery company (Wolt), who told me to contact the restaurant. The KFC Mall of Scandinavia phone line is unreachable, and after going back and forth three times between my home and the mall asking for a refund, I received zero help. I was even told to contact the delivery company myself, even though I have no direct relationship with them — KFC works with them, and I paid KFC, not the delivery company. I also emailed customer support multiple times over 10 days and never received a single reply. This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had from any restaurant or management. I initially asked for a refund — at this point, I expect compensation. I will not return to this location again. Extremely disappointing to see KFC become the opposite of what it once stood for in terms of customer service. Price per person: kr 200–300 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
