Так как я работал в сфере с едой уверенно скажу что персонал не может использовать выход в верхней одежде через кассу или вообще взаимодействовать с едой, так как волос может оказаться у вас в тарелке, после этого вам только скажут "извините". Прошу руководство обратить внимание и связаться со мной! В целом не допускать таких ситуаций, и максимально следить за Санитарными нормами, а не создавать вид что все идеально когда приходит BRC Global Standart. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I must say, normally have a good experience. However tonight I went to the drive thru at 11:45 which is supposed to be closed at midnigh. I can understand it is late, however they are supposed to to close for orders at 12, not 15 minutes before. When we go to the drive thru they asked how ‘we could help’ said what we wanted to order and they said they were closed, which opening hours say otherwise. Absolutely appalling, do not recommend as ‘fast food’ but kfc is nice. Just a shame some staff can’t provide the service set by the franchise. Honestly if you want something to eat in the evening don’t bother going here, I’d rather go to the bp garage 30 second away and have to cook it myself. At least if the service is not as specified it’s your own doing, not the laziness of an employee. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've visited this branch once in person and have also ordered from here a couple of times. Unfortunately, my experiences have been fairly mixed, and overall I've found the food to be somewhat disappointing. On more than one occasion, parts of my order have been missing, which is frustrating, especially when ordering for delivery. The food itself has been acceptable but never particularly memorable, and it hasn't quite met my expectations. That said, it's important to keep things in perspective. This is a fast-food takeaway, and for the price you pay, it does the job. The food is convenient, fills a hole when you're hungry, and can be a quick and easy option when you don't feel like cooking. Overall, the experience hasn't been terrible, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of order accuracy and food quality. It could have been much better. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
