Horrible Experience. I ordered a bucket of extra crispy chicken with Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, potato wedges, fries and biscuits. Mac and cheese taste like paste, didn't eat it. Threw it away in the garbage. All the other food I ordered was overcooked and dry. It had to be cooked hours before and just sitting under heat lamps waiting for customers. The biscuits were rock hard. Didn't even get asked if I needed honey or ketchup so I didn't get any. I use to eat KFC often. Not anymore. I will try the KFC in Coldwater and see if that one is any better in food and quality. I don't see how that KFC makes any money to stay in operation. Every time you drive by the parking lot seems empty or one or two cars and no one in the drive thru. Compare that to McDonald's where the drive thru is around the building and the parking is full. Taco Bell has continuous customers. Culvers, Wendy's, Arby's, Popeye's. Even DQ on US12 has continuous customers. They make the food when you order it. Just do your own comparison as you drive down Centerville Street and pass the fast food businesses and see the cars in line or parked. That should tell you where you should spend your money. KFC parking lot always seems empty or has a couple of cars. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered 16 pieces meal plus 16 tenders, didn’t have biscuits so they offered a cake dessert. When delivery came no cake and no tenders. I called and they said they would try to get them to us, they didn’t and didn’t answer the phone when I tried to call back. Food: 3
