Гостям не нравится курица. С точки зрения посетителей, персонал здесь компетентный. В этом ресторане хороший сервис. Клиенты считают, что здесь приятная атмосфера, но гости невысоко оценили KFC на Google.

I always order through apps and they order will be accepted by jiant kfc I really hate the service because I order 4 set of signature box.... 2 ori 2 hs... I received dried and burn chic of ori 1pcs other all is hs... I req for dada or rib because I don't eat other part it's contain huge cholesterol...but I got drum and wings one rib.... I ask for coke zero and sprite but I received all CO2 only gas water with ice.. The sprite the does not refill... When I called no one pick up the call.... Plz make your service better and upgrade your service this is not once I order I weekly order for my parents through app... Plz take action to you dumb staff to open their eyes and read the order clearly... Answer the call when cust call... I can't go to the destination because I am far from my family... Plz make order satisfied.... Price per person: RM 40–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible experience at KFC TF Taiping. Waited 45 minutes for my order and the staff were not even following the order queue properly. Customers who ordered later received their food earlier. Very poor management and communication. After waiting so long, they suddenly said the chicken was finished. Completely unprofessional service and very disappointing experience. Would not recommend until they improve their management and customer handling Service: 1
