Just went through the drive thru i ordered 3pc chicken jumbo meal that comes with 2 sides of I'm not mistaken I received only one side This just ruined my meal because it's incomplete and it's an inconvenience to drive back to get What they missed 6/29 Back for more punishment I order a 2pc meal Had to wait for the biscuit and it was under cooked I told the cashier about my missing item from my previous drive thru visit She must be new and lack customer service I asked to speak with the manager she never came to speak to me and told her to ask if I had the receipt she would give the missing item I told her that i didn't have it and I wasn't going to make up a story to get a missing side I told her if somebody would've check the voice messages someone with good customer service would have reached out I asked for the managers name and she refused or ignore that I asked for the name Makes me wonder how this people become manager when they can't handle a simple issue that was their fault Price per person: $10–20

The very first time I came to this location the kid working the drive-through made me question my decision to even eat here. However, by the next time I stopped in I had the distinct pleasure of meeting MARCIA. Despite this being a drive-through she is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and her customer service skills are through the roof. Sooo professional, That’s not an easy featso kudos to Marcia for being an absolute rockstar on that visit and the subsequent ones as well. She’s the BEST and deserves any promotion, raises and recognition available from KFC as she is consistently outstanding. Food: 4 Service: 5

Had to wait for over 40 minutes for my "fast food" when dining in as there were only two employees preparing all the food during sunday noon rush. Food was what you can expect from KFC. But personally i would avoid this place if you choose fast food to get your food fast. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
