Клиенты отрицательно отзываются о куриных крылышках. Доставка еды на дом - неоспоримое достоинство этого фастфуда. Посетителям не нравится персонал. Гости отрицательно отзываются о сервисе KFC. The trainie on counter had no idea what to do, took 35 minutes just to place order, then waited 45 minutes, so called over the Manger had some words with her finally received my order, she acted like it was the customers fault!!
Could have driven to Oamaru ordered, eaten and back driven back by the clowns at the KFC Timaru circus took my order!!
The service is so poor that I could have driven to Ashburton ordered and driven back to Timaru eaten the food and I still wouldn't have been served. The line of cars stretched back to Evans Strret hence the previous comment regarding the over heated radiator. As I was next to order but alas to my dismay there were orders for the home delivery,orders for the drive through but alas no order for me. I did say that the service was not great but alas one of the not so great customer service person said we are trying our best and to my surprise the other one with no customer service said if you don't like it you can leave. Well I turned around looked at the very long queue and said best of luck hope you get to order before they close.
Not only the worst customer service the world but also the universe.
I would give KFC minues 1000 star's.
