My family and I love the chicken tenders and mac and cheese at KFC. I went to the Tulare location yesterday and was super impressed on how clean it was. Staff were very nice and fast with my order. Today’s experience was significantly lacking. I placed a substantial order through GrubHub, that included a specific request for multiple sauces, which are essential to any KFC meal. Despite the order being clearly marked, zero sauces were provided in the final bag. Fulfillment is a basic pillar of service. When a customer pays for an order, the expectation is that the checklist is followed. This lack of attention to detail turned a planned meal into a frustrating and dry experience. I hope management takes this as an opportunity to retrain staff on order verification before hand-off. The food was great as usual but would have been greater with sauce, especially when I wanted to try the comeback sauce. Try the prickly pear lemonade it's good. Thank you. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4
