I don't like giving bad reviews to anyone. However, sometimes the food and/or service are so bad that you don't have a choice. My husband and I (especially my husband) eat at this KFC on a regular basis, and the food is usually pretty good. But today, we each got the 2-piece white meat (breast and wing) meal with a biscuit, potato wedges and drink. It was obvious that none of it was fresh. The chicken was hard, overcooked and cold; so were the wedges which were also so tough we could hardly bite and chew them. The biscuits were also cold and hard. This is totally unacceptable, and I will NEVER go back to this KFC again. Normally, I would have taken it all back and asked for a refund, but I was so tired and hungry from running errands all day with this being my first meal of the day so I kept it and suffered through it despite the tough texture and bland taste. Any restaurant that serves their customer food like this should be ashamed!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 5

Did not get a receipt. Food was almost warm. Ordered on the app for drive through and was told I had to come inside to pick up my order. So I parked on the drive thru side of the building and walked inside only to trip over a rug rolled up in front of the door. Not sure why I was inconvenienced this way when every other fast food joint in the country hands app orders out the window. Not only that, the guy that handed me my order (the only app order in the place), acted like my order was someone else’s. What a weird waste of my money. Never again. Negative 5 stars. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

By far the worst restaurant I've been to. I've visited this particular kfc off of hwy 61 in Villa Rica three separate times, six if you count how many times I have had to go back in to get my order corrected. The first time, I placed a mobile order and paid around sixty dollars. I got there to pick up my order and they told me that the kfc was closed for business and refused to serve me. I was assured by the manager the following day that they were not closed and received a full refund and a free meal. I thought, ok. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Next two times I visited, almost as bad. Missing food and poor service to say the least. When confronted about the missing food, they acted distrustful and rude. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
