This place sucks. Always a long wait for bad proportions of cold, mid food. Called customer service and was only able to get a partial refund. Don’t waste your money here Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I waited over 40 minutes for a 6-piece tender and 12-piece nugget family meal, even though the restaurant was not busy (only one other customer inside and one car outside). When I finally received my order, it was incorrect—I was given 6 nuggets and only 4 tenders. I brought the mistake to the staff’s attention, but I was ignored and refused help. I was told to either call customer service/corporate or purchase another meal, which is completely unacceptable. The lack of organization, long wait time, poor customer service, and refusal to correct a simple mistake made this a very frustrating experience. I expect better service and basic accountability when an order is wrong. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I placed an order through Postmates for delivery. I ordered 2 3 piece chicken big boxes, both original, dark meat, mash and gravy, and Mac and cheese. They gave me extra crispy, white meat, and coleslaw instead of the Mac and cheese I ordered. I always have issues with this location. Don’t order from here. I used to work at the new Britain kfc, it’s not difficult at all to actually read the screen and not mess up orders. *Edited to add the large fry came cold and had no seasoning. Food: 1 Service: 1
