Ordered for delivery. It took over an hour for it to come. Food was cold. Chips were just thrown into bag, with empty chips packets. Half the order missing. KfC wouldn't answer phone. Delivery driver said nothing to do with him. Uber gave partial refund after 2 hours. Wouldn't order from here again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1

ordered for delivery, 2 meals, one turns up and the other is missing the main burger of meal so basically chips and beans and a can of pop turns up... rang restaurant and told can't do anything unless I go to location yet it was a delivery.... There is a problem with this place more often than not when you get food delivered, but ringing up and them not caring in the slightest is out of order. Always had a bad name this particular chain and Never again Meal type: Other Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

This KFC has gone a bit downhill I feel. Use it regularly but not sure what's happening.as of late. Zinger burger which used to be big are bare bigger than mini fillets now.cust service also can be quite challenging. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
