The manager there needs a different kind of job—something other than management—because she is very rude. My family and I placed an online order, and she insisted it wasn't there until she actually checked properly and found it. We finally got our food two hours after ordering, and she still claimed it was our fault because we arrived 20 minutes after placing the order! That’s the time you allow for the food to be prepared, right? Service: 1

Lots of trouble with my order. For the 3rd time they got my order wrong. Wrong chicken. I had to drive back up there to get the right chicken. I asked them to replace the entire meal because side were cold and old. They did not. Then the chicken I got was soggy breading, not crispy. The biscuits were flat and about 1/2 inch thick and soggy from condensation. Come on KFC, this is a small town with smaller crowds than Louisville KY and the foods there are much better. Order type: Take out Price per person: $20–30
