French fries were too salty to eat. They also forgot the buffalo ranch for our tenders. Double check your order and try a french fry before driving off.

My son and his dad got dinner here at the drive-thru this evening, and it didn't go very well for them. (I stopped eating here a long time ago because everything is so salty that it burns the inside of my mouth, for what that's worth.) My son ordered tenders with Nashville hot sauce; maybe the order taker couldn't hear the part about the hot sauce, but he didn't get any. Straws were missing from the bag, too. The worst part, though, was the chicken sandwich his dad got. We went straight home after they got their food, but the sandwich was cold. Maybe from the 1/4 cup of mayonnaise on the inside of both halves of the buns? There was mayo on the OUTSIDE of the bun, too, because there was just WAY too much of it. He hadn't requested extra. He tried scraping most of it off and reheating the sandwich in the air fryer on the "bake" setting, but he still couldn't eat it. On a happier note, the unsweetened iced tea was better than most other places have, so thumbs-up for that. I just wish there had been lemon available, either wedges or packets of juice would have been fine. The employee who handed their food out of the drive-thru window was very nice. Zero complaints. I placed an order on kfc app ahead of time. We got there told them we had an order and they told us pull ahead to the window. We then sat at the window for 20 minutes, nobody came to us a single time. Someone finally came and gave us our food. It was cold and soggy. Not even gonna eat this now honestly very disappointed I usually don’t have an issue. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
