Terrible experience at Kachao tonight. Two hours for the food to arrive on the table. The young woman who served us apparently had her head somewhere else, we ordered and it turned out that there was no chicharrón, there were no ribs, there was no breast. It seems that he kept the order in his hands and placed it late. After an hour he returns to the table and tells me that there were no wings and therefore the entree I had ordered was not valid. I had to look at the menu again and do the dance of what is available and what isn't available to order something and calm my hunger. Although the food was good, the service left a lot to be desired. It is not correct that on a Saturday there is only one waitress serving the entire restaurant. People who came after us ate and left and there we were. To top it off we put most of the food to go, because it was too late to eat everything. And we get home and see that it was incomplete. And they charge you for each container to take away.
