I’ve been to KafKao RöstKaffee many times before and everything was always amazing and tasty. I even made a video review about them on TikTok because I really liked the place. But today (23/08/2025 around 1:15 PM), I had a disappointing experience. I ordered an iced coffee and a shisha. The coffee was fine, but I had to wait more than 15 minutes for the shisha. When I asked about it politely, the shisha guy came and spoke to me in a very unprofessional way, with a high and disrespectful tone, saying: "ما في غيرك هون و انا ما بشعل فحم اذا ما في عالم و كنت عم وصل دليفري". I told him I didn’t mind waiting, but I was simply asking because usually the shisha comes quickly. Honestly, it’s not the client’s fault if the staff member was away. To be fair, the other staff were nice and respectful as always, but this one interaction really left me with a bad feeling. I don’t like writing negative things because I truly respect the staff here, but this time I was very disappointed. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
