Excellent repair, my coffee machine is still going strong years afterwards. Came back to give a review because although at the time of the repair I wasn't sure about the economics, I was provided with good plain honest advise and it has worked out very well!

After a full service for my Bezzera (600.-), I had to bring the machine into the shop 3 more times because the steam supply didn't work and because of other minor defects. I was not taken seriously and treated unkindly. The place is dingy and so does the service. The steam supply still doesn't work! It would be a guarantee but I'll never go there again! I'm looking for someone who enjoys his craft.

After the service everything was fine. After 2 months the machine was back He was very unfriendly. There was milk in the taff nozzle clogged there was no Fon Mir. On the 3rd time, the tough Hanne opened and closed the broken phone, it was SOOOOO unfriendly. I repaired the tough one, it was just a broken Hanne seal. I did this under guarantee and gave 1 kg of coffee as a gift, I'm very happy that a customer like that doesn't come to me anymore. I don't need anything like that anymoreMore

Disappointing. I bought a used Jura machine. After less than a week, one of the two outlets was already blocked. After some internet research, I opened the machines myself and was surprised, in a negative sense, at how dirty the whole machine was. There were coffee beans and ground coffee scattered all over the machine, and the spout was covered in years-old debris and mold. Selling something like that is simply outrageous. In addition, according to the information inside, the machine was 9 years old. No trace of the 4 years that the dealer told me. After spending some time cleaning the machine, I am happy with it. It is clear that clinical purity cannot be expected from a used product. But the way this machine looked, it was simply cleaned from the outside and resold without any effort. I would definitely not recommend this dealer. Edit: Thanks, but such a guarantee has no value. But of course it's interesting that even you as a dealer didn't realize the age of the machine. Because if you had actually opened the machine to check for mold, dirt, etc., the manufacturer's information would probably not have gone unnoticed.
