It seems like today they didn’t feel like opening. We went early on a Tuesday night since we saw the high review on Tabelog and that there were only 6 seats available. Arrived at 17:40 , and some other guests showed up later before they opened too. Around 7-8 people in total, lined up according to the sign on the door. The lights were still off by 18:05, we tried the door. Some guests left. By 18:15, it was just our party waiting. Door was locked. It was our last night in Tokyo and unfortunately we had spent half an hour waiting for a restaurant that decided today wasn’t a day to serve customers. I understand that it’s only one person running the store, but the least they could do was put up a sign about being unexpectedly closed. Ended up going to a different ramen restaurant about 8 minutes away which was delicious. There are other good options near by if this restaurant is closed when you visit.
